Stock Boost Restrictor R32

Can anyone tell me where a stock boost restrictor would be in the engine bay of an gtr32 , if it has not been removed from factory set up , the only thing i have heard about the restrictor is that its yellow in colour and can be removed by pulling a hose apart .???????????????

One of the hoses going to the stock boost actuator, there is a yellow ring around it (afew cm away from the actuator), the restrictor is inside the hose at the indicated band, if you can squeeze the hose the restrictor has been taken out, if its solid then the restrictor is still in there.

the boost actuator is located on the drivers side inner guard just behind the battery on the base of the strut tower the yellow band is around 2-3 inchs from the actuator
