34's are considered the pic of the stock dumps

thought the were stainless so rust is weird?

found alot of stuff on my R32 has like one stud one bolt etc.

sometimes when you go to bolt it up it makes sence sometimes less so

If the flange faces are square/flat checked with a steel rule etc.

and thats all ya got go with em I reckon

not sure if you plan to use o2 sensors if you do check my post here

http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/O2...rs-t298491.html

reckon you will run into the same or similar problem as R34 o2 sensors are a larger thread and I suspect longer reach than R32

Flanges can be machined just extra cash involved if ya cant do it yaself or at least at mates rates

dont reckon it would be to pricey anyway

If there are O2 sensors in there now then I plan to run them in the new dumps. I would not get mates rates and I'm sure as hewll not doing it myself. It's now a question of how much and more importantly who will do it correctly so the R32 sensors fit the thread and the depth.........Knew this would be a pain...

You're not talking about the old ones that may come in the dumps are you? o2s are a maintenance item, every 40,000ks or so.

Just take the dumps and the sensor to an exhaust shop. I had xforce dumps and they come with a hopeless adapter that if used wouldnt have put the sensor in the exhaust flow at all. Castle hill exhaust cut off the 33/34 mount and welded in the adapter in its place so that the 32 o2 sensor would be in the exhaust flow. $70. Or if your current o2s arent new just get new ones 33/34 ones like ali says. They're a different type (zirconia vs titania on the 32) but reportedly work fine.

I was, but I'm happy to be corrected

Well how far into the exhaust flow do they need to be? Anyone got a rough cost of the O2 sensors? 'Reportedly' worries me......Nothing is sure in the game of stuffing around with GTRs....
