Hi one of my fuel injectors is leaking

it looks like it's coming from around top of it, it's only a very small leak looks damp around the injector

obviously my first guess is to replace the injector... is there anything else it could/would be to do with the fuel rail or anything?

Thanks

Might just be the top injector o-ring is gone

Yeah, try swapping it, and the other 5 while your at it of course. Its pretty easy. My DIY might help (for GTR but i think the 20s are similar) HERE. I got the seals from Nissan but any injection place should have them.

yeah that actually sounds more likely than a cracked injector..

are the seals on the bottom that go between the head and injector the same size as the top ones?

i just ordered 6 for the bottom from nissan and he said there is a O ring for the bottom and 'resistor' or something to that tune for the top and bottom of the injector or something

didn't say anything about an O ring on top

On the GTR the seals at the bottom are not o-rings (but they might call them o rings), its almost a square cross section. They're not that critical. On the top of the injector is a rubber spacer and an o ring. Again the spacer is not that critical, but the o-ring is essential as it makes the seal. I probably have the part number at home...

Also injectors can leak (mine did). I replaced the seals first as i couldnt tell where the leak was from. Didnt fix it so I replaced the injectors.
