R32 Gtr - Suspected Ticking Relay In Centre Console

Hi all

I have what I suspect is a ticking relay in the centre console. I initially suspected G sensor, as it goes off when I go over bumps of any kind or under accel/decel due to forces of the car going foward/back.

However, I recently had a Tomei HICAS lock kit installed. Very occasionally the steering feels 'dead' or 'pauses' when turning sharpish corners. I wondered if it has anything to do with it.

There are no bad symptoms from this, yet... It doesn't happen all the time, but the ticking occurs a fair bit. Anyone who has had a similar problem I would love to hear from.

No I don't, sorry I should have specified, no warning lights come on at all.

Did you leave the hicas ecu in the boot still connected, if not you should as i have heard this will cause the "dead " spot

edit. my bad i just realized that you bought the tomei Hicas lock kit which come with a bypass which you connect with the hicas ecu.
