20's are square they rev and are fun maybe thats why you have a ca instead of an sr

well, that made no sense, but if you've ever seen his car on the dyno, your rating system would be eaten alive.

NFI what your on about Damo.....that makes perfect sense

by "square" I think he's referring to "bore x stroke = same dimensions"

square bore motors generally make for quieter engines, my bike for example 100mm bore x 100mm stroke = pretty quiet for 1650cc x 2 cyls. :3some:

I also understand there are many other factors that contribute, but generally speaking again, short stroke make for a better revving motor....increase the same motor's stroke and your torque figures drastically improve but you won't rev it as hard.
