I'v only got boost set on 12 pounds, cooler, Apexi RSM and turbo back 3inch (gutted cat) and it pulls in third very quick and there is constant power all the way to 253kmh in fifth. i used to have flat spots even a splurt but got it all worked out on dyno and the less restrictive ur exausht the more flow. 1st and 2nd are a waste, tyres lighte up all the way and seriouse speed comes in third onwards. trust me, dyno is worth it.

Wish you were closer so we could have some roll ons to compare and see if the 1.5 pounds more does much, i have a very restricted 3 1/4inch system keeps the police off my back! Is 253kph red line or just wont pull anymore?

late second gear (over 4500rpm) all the way until say 1/2way through 4th is where i kill every car but i very rarely get to go into 4th (Its just to fast to be safe).

most cars pull away in first gear (even with a good launch) coz they are either V8's or 4wd Turbos or pocket rockets but once your 1/2 way through second you catch them very quickly, usually u catch them before the redline in 2nd, then 3rd you just pull away :D

i have never tried this with my new EBC, it will be interesting to see what its like :D

I have too much in third and start to wheelspin on coarse road surface at 100kmh. Wheelspin in the wet also at 180 in 4th too if I floor it. Modified stock turbo from Rigoli but mostly stock with 0.5mm OS pistons. Dump pipe and IC are stock for now but 3" zorst and hi flow cat. Power comes on like a sledgehammer at 4000 so maybe thats why it does what it does and only at 11psi. Bit laggy though under 4000 and have trouble staying with stockers through the roundabouts out here. The straight bits inbetween make up for it and the handling but slow out of tight corners.

I use an EBC @ 0.62bar (full boost @ 2900) and i found if i hit it hard in third, it gets a bit overwhelmed with fuel (or something?), so if i just ease it in (over 1sec) it responds alot better and seems to 'avoid' the flat spot.

weird stuff.....

which controller do U have and what do they retail? I could use some of that!!!!

That seems consistant with 'lines that you have to feed the power as they go soft at pull pedal when running the std computer. Anyone else experience this?
