I use my GTR as my everyday car (Work, kids from school, shops etc). I do about 15,000km a year give or take. I have about 12,000km on the clock now.

I do track days about 10 times a year and do not consider that I give the car hell, no more than many lesser cars that I have owned.

The essential things I have had done are:

- Oils $1000

- Brake Pads $520.00

- 10,000km Service $500.00

- Tyres $2,600.00

So for 10,000km it has cost me just over $4,600.00 in servicing costs. If I had done the disks like nissan said or did the pads through nissan then that figure could have been $17,000.

Look it as about 45 cents per km in servicing costs, factor in insurance, petrol and the like and it somes to $1 per km in running costs.

So there you have it, $1 per km.......may make me think twice before driving now.......lol
