R33 S1 Boss Kit

I'm looking at buying a boss kit for my R33 S1 and I've noticed on a couple on ebay that they say "non hicas"

What exactly does this mean? Is there anything else I need to know about the process on a S1? I have

found a guide on here relating to a S2 with airbag but nothing specific to my stock steering wheel. Are there any specific tools I will need to buy?

I just got a boss kit from modyourcar, basically they asked the following questions:

Airbag/No airbag

Cruise Control/None

Hicas/Non-Hicas

Cause there are some different boss kits, how much are they going for on ebay?
