OK..

hear's the problem

I'm a Proud owner of a 1993 Nissan Altima

did an engine swap, Installed a RB20 DET Uprise exhuast manifold RB25 turbo with VG30 back end

what is happening is when the engine is cold an i'm accelerating no probs,, but when the engine is hot ( After a Good PASS) it breaks up alittle when accelerating ...I changed all 6 coil packs and Every thing worked great for a few days, after a couple simultaneous PASSES on the Street...SAME PROBLEM AGAIN..

I suspect i have a Coil Pack Overheating Problem With the location of the turbo being the main contributor.

can anyone help me rectify this and tell me if its a common problem

Thanx

^1+ Try another ignitor, dodgy ones play up when they get hot, and check the black wire that comes off the loom that plugs into the ignitor is well grounded.

i'll Try That but what i dont understand if it is the ignitor!!! then why did the problem stop when i changed the coil packs...

ill try it a let u know what was the outcome
