who was pulled over on the 7th.(st kilda)

i was on the esplanade drive, just around the bp servo and the yacth club at about 6.00pm on sunday.undercover cops in commodore pulled this 180sx, i think.there was this chap too,asian,strongliy built with key rope hanging off his neck. have seen him around at bmt before.i think he had parked his r32 in the next carpark.i was in the white r33 with 400r bar.if you in the forum,why were yous pulled over.
