Nismo R34 Gtt Bodykit

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this bodykit, its apparently a factory Nismo kit or something.

I personally like the rear wing but everyone i have asked hates it for some reason.

Anyways if anyone knows if this kit was a factory option or if its plastic or fibreglass that would be much appreciated.

correct, that is a nismo factory option kit, and i think the general consensus around here is that the wing looks horrible, at least it does in my opinion, not to mention if you ever want to remove it you will have some nice holes in the rear quarter panels.

imo worth it for the rest of the kit. Just take off when it gets onshore and fix up the holes.

i <3 this body kit... but put it on and leave it spoilerless

theres nothing hotter then a 34 a little lowered and no spoiler. espech with this kit

I always thought it would look cool if the center of the spoiler was left on and the sides were removed.

I think it would look better without the sides but then i'll be left with holes in the rear quarters...

yeah that wing is terrible...

there's plenty around with the Nismo kit and the normal wing option though... that's what I looked for when getting my car

Picked up the car last week. Initial reaction was to remove the wing.

After a day it grew on me and now I think it's great. imo it makes it look tough and stands apart.

Eighsixboy I have done a few checks and yes its a factory option

as a heads up, my car had this wing, but i removed it.

No it's not Nismo anything. None of the kit is Nismo. The TRUE Nismo GT-T looks quite different. It's an Altia kit. Altia were given the specs (blueprints, whatever) for the R34 before release and came up with the 'sports option' kits to be ordered when brand new.

Some people get around with just the middle section. It's either a love it or hate it spoiler (most people in the latter camp). Can get the holes metal welded up without too much drama's.
