Well done to everyone who organised and attended (except for the pelicans who were being fully in the carpark). Was a great day, very well organised. Congrats to the award winners, although I dunno how I didn't get Worst in Show, judges must've missed the massive rust hole on my car and the "drift damage".

when it comes to pictures, if any one has pictures of any of the R31's ide love a copy if its possible, or at the least some pics of the white passage with the BBS mesh rims and black grill with the red GTS writing on it.

again thanks, i feel pooped can only imagine how the early birds must feel.

I am adding my photos over here.. have a fair few to get through.. though I didnt even manage to get around to all the cars.. spent too much time running around and back and forth etc :P

Awesome day, And some really awesome cars . This is a great venue for such an event. Great to get out of the burning sun and appreciate some peoples hard work and Big cash spent on excellent skylines. People I found were pretty social and approachable and very happy to discuss modifications etc.

excellent panning. great photos.

Thanks everyone for coming along, we had 150 cars in the end which was miles more than the last show we ran. And I reckon it was a brilliant mix of normal, race and show cars there too.

Also thanks everyone for your understanding in getting there on time and supporting the long day - some of the judging took a little long and things were running a little late but we were trying to make sure we got it all right.

Watch out for the upcoming overage of the event in HPI who were good enough to come along for the day ;)

anyway off to bed....6 hours sleep in 2 days means I am stuffed!

Some awesome shots you got of my DR30... cheers!

Great day and big thanks to everyone involved. Must say what great venue too and can't wait till the next one.

    • That's awesome. Fully serviced/full log book history for one of those cars is super rare from what I know. With JDM's like Skyline's, Supras, are quite hard to find one with full log book history. S15's seem to be somewhat of an exception, at least the spec s australian delivered models.
    • Hey all, It's been a bit since I have been able to update.  I pulled the fuel pump, first off it was a "universal" pump and the strainer was very clogged, and it was folded over on itself.  I replaced the fuel pump and all is well....  No more stalling.
    • That's convinced me I'll bump up the G30-660 to 770   Any idea if the difference in boost pressure? Cheers

    • Hey guys so turns out this project is going to be much bigger than I thought haha but I've done some my homework and have done a few panels on my car, but one part I can just not visualise is this. If I do a spot repair and I put filler in a dent for example and sand outside of the repair with 320 grit lets say so the primer can stick as I will only put primer on that repair and the surrounding area and then repaint the whole panel. Don't I need to make sure that I don't put primer on the old clear coat? I keep seeing YouTube videos where people have new paint and primer land on the old clearcoat that isn't even dulled down, it's still shiny. I thought putting paint on clearcoat or primer on clearcoat is a bad idea because it won't stick. So in this scenario it's a bit different to mine but imagine someone doing a spot repair and only painting that small section of repair but the new paint is landing on the old clearcoat. What am I missing?
