Just wanted to let ppl know that the 2004 and later models of the M35 350RX and ARX-4 (namely PM35 and PNM35) are now available through Northshore Prestige in Balgowlah, Sydney. They have a few of them in stock. I was fortunate to drive the test mule at the beginning of the year and was most impressed with the power delivery. Although a non-turbo, the VQ35DE engine most commonly found in 350Z and V35 Skylines provides a nice punch from the get go. The trim is revised as well with a nice aluminium look finish along the centre as well as dual zone climate air control and other nice little updates. I also noticed the headlights have been updated as well, although it's still single instead of bi-xenons which wouldve been nice. The rims have also been changed to a better looking design imo.

So go down and give them a test drive if you're looking for a later model M35.

I'm fairly certain that the 2004 turbo versions have not been approved to be complied simply because no one in the country has done an emissions test on them and to do one of those costs over 20 grand. Plus it doesnt guarantee it will pass as well too! (and chances are that they wont pass due to new regulations being imposed from that year onwards).

Even the n/a variant was not smooth sailing through the emissions testing I was told, but at least it's now finally done and dusted.

Ahh nice, what ever became of that axis 2004 model that couldnt get compliance? did he get rid of it?

are the turbo models of this range allowed in now?

I thought the VQ25DET was the only turbo model of the M35 and only available until 2003?

The later model M35 is n/a only.

Just checked out the 2006 (blue) one on their website. 350RX model. The wheels are the same as previous M35's - no difference there. The dash is much improved - including the gear lever - looks very nice :) Even the clock section is slightly different...

Also noticed this model has the powerduct fitted already - is this a factory item on the n/a models?

I do like the improved styling of the front grille/lights etc. Its subtle but looks much nicer :P

They changed the rims to an earlier model because it did have different rims on when I drove it. I'll find the rims from a later Stag.

The powerduct is an interesting point, I wonder if all later models are like that.

I can sell you my Pm35 front bar if you want Steve. Aren't using it and it is silver (does need a re-spray though) :)

Powerduct is standard on the VQ35 powered Pm35.

I actually don't really like the interior. Silver plastic has never been high on my list of likes.

You can get the turbo versions in 2004 although I believe that was the very last year for the FI on the Stags.

Correct, but as you said earlier, no compliance due to the change in emissions regs that year.
