Dimming Lights On R32 Gtr

Hey here is a stupid question

Anyone know if the R32 GTR has a dash light dimmer?

As I'm not the sharpext tool in the shed but I don't think it does.

If it does please tell me where?

It really depends when the car was complied.

Standard there is no dimmer but cars that were complied under the old Green label system often have a dimmer fitted (my R33 GTR does have one).

Cars that have recently been complied under the pink label system do not have a dimmer fitted. The same goes for cars that came in under the 15 year old rule as they were closer to original condition.

Have a look around the steering column and the underside of the dash for a dimmer knob.

it isn't that hard to fit a dimmer though. you can buy a dimmer from somewhere like dick smith and then install it yourself if you have a few hours spare. personally i wouldn't bother though.

may i ask the reason you are wanting to find it? if it is because the lights are too dull it may be work replacing the bulbs. i put phillips blue vision park light bulbs in my 33 and it made it as bright as anything and looked great.
