Re55s Tyre Wear

Hey all.

I was just wondering how low you guys who run RE55S run them on the track? I have a set which are just below indicators and they don’t seem to be going off at all. They seem to have the same grip they had when I got them. (But I have pretty limited experience; I may be wrong ) Should I be ordering a new set or is there life left in them yet?

if you are happy that they are still gripping then keep going. They will be a bit hairy in the wet with low tread but i found they still performed really well when they were on the markers.

Run them (on the track) until you see the white cords hanging out. Then bin them. Make sure you check the inside of the rears especially.

Yeah. I have other rims I use to drive it to the track then I swap the RE55s on there.
