I'm still curious on how this would work if there are multiple lanes, with the option to change lanes how will they keep track of which car is the speeding car? Its the same idea as the British "Average Speed cameras" but they are only used on single land roads (one lane each direction, as it were).

Thoughts?

you would be a lot slower as you had to stop your car and lay down a speed bump, get back in, driver over it get out, put it back in the car, get back in and drive off....

probably faster just to drive on the limit
