Hi everyone.

Summers here so time for you guys to start working out for the ladies.

I've got my gym stuff that I need to get rid off to make room for my new set coming in thanks to the misus. I'm just selling the sets so no free weights available.

This stuff I've accumlated over the years and and costed me heaps, all in good working order and will save you time on travelling to the gym and waiting on other people. I'll still be using it until it's sold so I'll guarantee that they'll still be good for a very long time. It's pretty much everything you'll need for a full body workout if you know what you're doing.

They'll still be assembled for inspection and I'll give you a hand in taking them apart for moving. You'll have to organise your own transport though.

Right now I'm looking to sell it all as one lot, just to see what the interest is and makes it a better deal for the person buying. Sorry for the low quaity photos due to phone.

$450 for the whole lot. TAKE IT AWAY!!!!

Trust me it's a lot cheaper then getting gym membership for the year and you'll be able to use it whenever you want.

In Sefton Sydney. Give me a call. 0418298760 or PM me if you're interested.

Cheers, Ian

York workstation. The flat bench is included. This has a low pulley for rows and high pulley for pulldowns. You can also use it for bench as well. I only use the low pulley for the back workouts with the short andlong bar attachments. The Long bar will be included with this. I don't remember what the weight stack on this but you can add your weight plates to this to make it heavier. My mates and I bench over 100kgs easy and haven't outused this pulley system yet.

Dynafit bench.

This bench goes from flat to incline at different angle. Has a high pulley attachment and leg attachment as well. You can use the bar supports for squats as well. We use this for obviously benching, incline and flat, dumbell flies, shoulder presses, high pulley for back workouts with different attachments, triceps with the various attachments, etc etc. Again have not outused the weight capacity on this bench

Hyperextension chin up station.

Sorry but the photo cut off the top. Obviously for chin ups, can use it for dips for triceps/chest, and leg lifts for abs, bars for pushups etc. Epileptical trainer not included.

Weider preacher curl.

Used for curls, seated, reverse etc. We also use this for our shrugs, rest the bar on the bar rest and then lift etc. Saves you using your back when doing 130kg shrugs.
