Where Can I Get A V.a.s.s My Car Has Been Defected, Officer Petitt Did It Lol

Hey everyone , I was parking my car at Knox shopping centre ( Xmas Shopping). As soon as I hoped out of my car Officer Petitt was right behind me asking me to pop up my bonnet (fcuk I thought ) he was in a silver VE SS undercover. anyways I got a defect for having a hole cut for the intercooler piping underneath the washer bottle. He didnt pick on anything else except for the SAFC which i found funny, he was trying to look for it ,my car was a mess I had maccas wrappers and V cans all over the place. I dont know what the process is to get my car back on the road , He said something about getting a V.A.S.S ?. The defect notice only mentions having the hole. I live in Wheelers Hill can anyone help me in regards to what the process is and roughly the estimated costs. Im already on car sale looking for a piece of crap to drive if I dont do anything within the seven days. Merry Christmas everyone (especially you Mr Petitt)
