Wtb: Cold Air Box W/ Intake

As the title reads, I'm after a cold air box and intake to suit my '93 S1 r33, sick of popping the hood after not even having given it a good run, only to feel how hot the air filter is... Looking for a simple bolt-in item, preferably no modification required. My FMIC piping comes back into the engine bay through the filter side too, if the piping there will make any difference.   Well, if it was acting like a real bitch when the weather was cold, real cold, and if it is acting less bitchy now that it is not so cold, then it would appear to be linked to how much enrichment the ECU is giving as a function of temperature. I mean, it might not. It might be something else. But it certainly seems like a place to look.
