A31 Wipers

hey guys, Im having some issues with my wipers they go only sometimes, and im thinking its the combo switch, unless theres a control unit somewhere? (I wouldnt think so)

but does anyone have a wiring diagram for this circuit?

Could be the stalk, relay, a few people have fixed similar problems with the harness' not being seated properly.

Check all your wiring connections first.

sweet, is the relay one of the ones above the dash fuse box?

Check those, the 2 right near the ECU, and the ones in the engine bay.

bingo, it was the relay box in the engine bay, gave it a tap and they started to work, I was unable to match one out of any nissan at the wreckers tho

They should be universal between all Nissans of that era, otherwise ring Niswreck (?) in Adelaide, or try other eBay stores, OR ImportMonster.

Import Monster < Browse < Yahoo Auctions, select "Automotive", and then search either A31 (usually brings up about 100 pages of relevant products) or you could try typing in the number on the relay.

sweet cheers I'll have a look at those, yea I found identical relay boxes but they were all 1 pin short,
