Hey guys just wondering which is better? i've tried both on my car HR's are stiff as but feels like a go kart no body roll etc...., Tein Flex is not as stiff little bit of body roll and more comfy? which is the better coil over?

you're better off going for the more compliant setup on a street car

you can get into some seriously dangerous situations with rock-hard suspension triggering ABS in braking zones on our bumpy roads. exactly what you don't need if you've left your braking to the last second into some corner on a mountain run

hr's are old & at the time were the base model, no dampner adjustment just height, so we're talking a late 90's base model coilover with stiff springs. Flex are newer (though still getting a bit old now), have height & dampner adjustment & you can adjust the height without affecting the preload (this is good). They also have spring rates designed for street driving.

I'd sell them both & get a set of tein mono-flex or another quality mono-tube coilover.
