Had my R34 up for sale for a while on carsales, only 2 people have come to see it so far (both couldn't get finance) so I'm posting it here to see if I get more interest. Car has been professionally modified and serviced by RE Customs. I drive the car daily and it's very smooth, standard suspension is back in the car. Comes with 12 months rego until Dec 2010, RWC included. The Volk Racing GT-C wheels are not for sale with the car. (Factory GTT 17" wheels/tyres will be provided). Going to miss this car Matt. Brings back memories of those days when you took me for a spin in it. Moving on to Euro? :D

The engine, interior, exterior of the car has been taken care of by the best products available. Will no doubt be a good buy for any potential buyer.

Thanks Ben! What are you driving these days? Still got the Evo? I'm not in a rush to buy another car... going to focus on property for a bit, then i'll be back into the cars again.

Only 2 people have actually come to see the car so far. I thought it would be sold by now, but I don't mind waiting since I'm still driving it anyway :D

Thanks, unfortunately there's been little interest. I'm not going to keep dropping the price.. I may as well just keep it for now.

Someone will eventually want one with a proper GTR front end and wide guards already done - good luck getting change out of $4k to do the GTR front end.

    • It's something we all have to consider as time marches on. Also consider lifted rally MX5 conversion at that point.
    • I should be fine for a few more years, whilst I do have arthritis I also exercise and do mobility training every day to keep as fit and healthy as I can, military life, which is the actual cause of most of my joint issues, has set daily regimes, which I weirdly enjoy I also train alot smarter now, not really focusing on lots strength or puffy muscles, I'm more focused on maintaining what I have for my future older self, I actually train as much mobility now as I do exercising Check out this "simple" drill I have been doing daily prior to training now for a while now, this has worked wonders in my all round mobility
    • I'd say one thing that may make you sell is the same reason the guy with the hard top roof sold his. He got old, and his back was giving him too much grief stopping him getting in and out... Old guy said he was 73! He looked and sounded younger than 73 to me! Or maybe I'm just aligning with old people more...
    • Already looked at a few prior to getting the MX5, really nice car, had all the mod cons, but I wasn't really sold on the new "look" I did miss my 2017 Limited, and I personally prefer the "look" of the older car over the new model, but, when pondering I kept going back looking at MX5's But it was same same for the new ND's, I wasn't sold on the new "look", especially the RF with its weird roof, which only half goes down, like a targa top sort of thing As I stated before, I did look at NC's, but the cars I looked at were PRHT's, but I didn't like their roof line "look" of the PRHT, until I saw the soft top version, (someone on SAU posted a for sale ad for one with a soft top that caught my attention, you can blame them for my choice.....🤣) and.... that old style detachable hard tops were available for them, which keeps the old MX5 more smoother flowing roof line, and the more rounded body style, similar to the NA-NB, to me, the arse end of the ND looks to "modern" Much like how I prefer the NC1 front bar, over the later models How long will I keep this car for is unknown, but currently, there's nothing else out there that "floats my boat" for a small, fun, little "sports car", that I can play with and enjoy looking at and driving But, who knows what the future holds, and going off current new car styling, if I replace it, it will be a older model something something
