I bought this HKS SSQV,

I would love to say that it sounds sweet on my car and all is good BUT I still have not received it....

I've paid for it, 3 weeks ago!!!! and nothing!!!

Now the old owner will not answer my pm's or get back to my SMS's at what is going on!!!!
