I'm not dissing you guys at all, but I just think that it's highly improbable that a Japanese would even know a Skyline when they saw one, let alone know the model name ie: GTS-T etc.

Even I get abused for being a Nissan freak by Japanese... like it's wierd or something. I think either a) you guys are very lucky to have run into a Japanese thats knows (read: gives a sh!t about) cars, B) they weren't Japanese but some other nationality, or your telling porkies!!!

I had two Japanese guys drive up in a slammed '90 Toyota Crown while I was walking down the right hand side of a street with my wife, then the guy on the passenger side winds down his window and leans out and shouts "Gaijin!!!" as they slowly drove past. I just yelled back "F@ck you too!" then forgot about it, but my wife got REALLY upset, got his liscence plate number and when we got home, she was going to report the guy to the police! I just said "Baby, he just called me a name, thats all", but boy was she mad... and it was me who was called out!
