Just to clarify for you ryan.

kpgc10 = skyline gtr (1969-1972)

p510 = bluebird (1968-1973)

Both very nice cars :) .

i know. P510 were also our datsun 1600's. I had two.

I was just pointing it out for other memebers who might not know the REAL cars, before it all turned to PLASTIC!

This is what its supposed to pay homage to...

personally I reckon this rendition just takes a big steaming dump before dancing a merry jig on the image of the classic.

wow that front just makes it look like its got a lift kit or something.

now there's an idea... a stagea crossover model, like that shitty BMW X3. lift kit and offroader wheels.

I think the only decent KPGC front graft I've ever seen was on a C33 laurel or something.

Have seriously considered raising one and seeing if we cud fit some 4wd tyre's in there like the old subaru wagons, the rear would be easy but the front is way to hard with the diff in the sump. But man imagine it on the beach.

fixed :)

drive an 850kg car, with a "decent" SR or FJ, say high 200rwkws, its a shorter wheelbase, look front on at the extra width of a skyline from the roof to the ground- the doors are much thicker than on old cars.

In old, light cars, you have a lot more feel through the steering wheel, pedals etc, and you dont have a foot between your shoulder and the outside world, you have an inch, so it seems less disconnected, then factor in weight, wheelbase, power etc, becomes a lot of fun :ninja:
