Coilpacks, 1 Is Differnt

i had a quick glance at my coilpacks today in an effort to fix the un even idle it has, with a slight missing problem

pictures are worth a thousand words, is this normal? i have 1 coilpack with some sort of grey cylender end on it and the rest have a spring where it touches the spark plug, would this cause my un even idle?

does the cylinder bit move as if it is being pushed out by a spring inside? if yes then i wouldn't worry about it. if no, then i'd get a spring off a pen or something like that to put around it to make it contact better
