i knew that one would spark something, yet being honest.. its not a typo.. I have my reasons, and you have my msn LOL

edit for PM-R33 : yes, i am building a street/circuit car dependent on mid range power on a standard RB25.. i do not plan to develop my motor

OK to clarify, the setup im looking at will have roughly 200rwkw @ 4krpm, that is power i can use.

Well I personally wouldn't recommend looking at running anything smaller than a GT3076R for that kind of torque - off the top of my head you'd need substantially over 1bar of boost to do that, and any turbo smaller than a GT3076R at that boost level is going to be getting quite inefficient at the higher rev ranges when trying to pump that kind of air.... you really don't want to be running a street/track car beyond the efficiency of a turbo on the track if you want the engine etc to last.

Going from my dyno graph my car makes 200kw@115km/h in 4th gear.

Going from my dyno graph my car makes 200kw@115km/h in 4th gear.

My Rb20 with a TD06 makes 200rwkws at 118km/h in 4th gear on its way to 260rwkws (between 130kmh and 182km/h it makes over 240rwkws)

With the extra compression and displacement of the RB25 i hope they can make a bit more grunt at that road speed. If they cant then i suggest people throw R32 diff gearing in their car, far cheaper :)

My low down power is one of the better ones i have seen on these forums for a RB25, one of the only better ones was Warlords GTRS setup but that was on a freshly built forged engine.

Well thats exactly it, the RB20 diff gearing is different to a RB25 (4.363 compared to 4.111), therefore you comparing yours to mine at road speed is irelevant.

And i wouldnt want any closer gearing, with 300rwkw its going to be bullshit enough as it is.

Runs 20psi, the stupid Microtech internal MAP sensor is only rated to 20psi so we can't tune above that, however the turbo doesn't really make any more power past 20-21psi on my setup i have found.

263kw@wheels was the last tune on my tuners dyno, every one reckons his is low reading but i dunno, maybe the others around town are higher reading. Regardless of that he's the only tuner i use so i keep the same dyno every time i do more to the car to keep things in comparison. Thats the turbo pretty much maxed out in that setup, with a more aggresive tune it might make a bit more but we like to keep things safe due to the extreme heat and humidity we get up here so we left it at that.

Next tune will be soon with a couple of extra things added to the car, hoping for around that 300kw mark if the thing holds together and doesn't let go :) Good old factory internals have a bit of a habit of not wanting to play ball anymore.
