Hi all,

Just wondering what is the normal coolant temps for hot days.

The reading are based on the CONSULT box.

Lately I've been in the 88 to 93 degree range, sometimes hitting 97 if the a/c is running - Usual is around 84 to 86 degress.

On the last 38 degree day my coolant temp reached 103 degrees - with my a/c on in traffic.

Just wondering how my car will go on this 43 degree day with the a/c running...

My car is pretty much stock.

72 degrees is quite cold. Isnt the efficient operating temperature around the 80 degrees?

My car cycles from 82 to 95degrees depending on weather.

my thermos run off the thermostat which is 68ish degrees, so far have seen a max of 80

had a max of 95 - but that was because the fuse blew in the 14" thermo lol

once the engine has been run in and im actually pushing her it will be interesting to see how she holds up :(
