Pre-purchase Building Inspection Service

Have used a couple of mobs before, and while they were good I wasn't 100% happy with the service / depth of the report and effort put in to ensure it covered everything, particularly for the price they charge.

Can anyone recommend a comprehensive service they have used when purchasing property? How was it good / better than others?
