does anyone know how wide u can go with wheels and tyres on an r32 gtst b4 they start rubbing on guards standard suspension

I've got 17 x 8's all round, and the fronts rub only if you hit a bump under hard braking. I've got 235/45R17 rubber on them, but when I next get a set of new tyres I'm going to change to 225/45R17 up front so I can lower the car without it rubbing (it currently rubs the suspension arm, and not the guard).

As far as the rears go, you could probably get away with 17 x 9's, but you may need to get the guards rolled.

Once more just for luck..... IT DEPENDS ON THE OFFSET.... you could have 205's rubbing if you had the particular offset to cause that condition.

you need to know the offset of the wheels you want to put on, then asking if they will fit a particular model car is a question that can actually be answered. Without an offset you can only find out by putting them on. All the other answeres in this thread are just confusing the issue
