Tomei Timing Belt Install

Today i was installing my new timing belt and ran into some confusion

The tomei belt has the timing marks on it, so i aligned them with the pullies at TDC....

But, when i put tension on the belt and crank the engine manually 2 revolutions the marks on the belt no longer align with the pullies, but the marks on the pullies still align correctly with the timing marks

ive tried it 3-4 times with the same result every time

is that normal?

woops i was gonna post this in general maintenance, can someone move it for me?

The marks on the pullies will only line up every 7 rotations of the engine.. or something like that.

I just did mine, and its the same
