i heard you can fit a mechanical sender out of a d22 navara to the rb25det box. Never seen it done, but got a mate that bought a few to convert some boxes and sell them.

That's what I did and the tooth count (17T I think it was) on the Navara drive was a pretty damn close match to my diff gears (3.9:1, speedo reads 7kmh high).

If you have 4.1 or 4.3 gears then you need to graft the cog off a 33 drive onto the Navara drive. There is a thread or two on how to do it.
