help needed (1min job in photoshop)

I took some pictures of my dyno sheets with works digital camera and it saved them at 1600x1200 (or something quite large).

I tried using "Paint" in windows but saving it lost most of the detail - looks like it saved it in the old ega format (16 colours?).

Can I email someone my images for them to be reduced in dimension and file size please - putting them up on my website to assist selling my car.
