Fitting my new fibreglass rear bar and the rear pods are a few mm short of sitting flush inside the rear bar so I was finking can I heat up the rear pod to bring the shape out abit more to get abit more room or will i ruin it by heating it?

you wont ruin it by heating it afaik but you wont reshape it either, best bet would be to build it up from the inside with some more fibreglass and sand it down to fit is what id do

So you cant even bend parts even if you heat it? What happens to it then when fibreglass is heated doesnt it get soft?

doesnt work man. youll break it. if you can reshape with heat. then your fibre glass work for some things in the car will warp in the heat.

like the other suggestions all you can do is either do some fibre glass work or live with the gap.

not much else you can do.
