House paint removal?

Hi guys,

Had my Skyline for a while and when I purchased it, it had some sort of paint splatters around the rear wheel. It looks like ordinary house that the car may have driven through. The car is white and the paint a sort of cream so it's very hard to see from a few metres so I haven't bothered with it yet. It's a couple of mms thick though.

Is there any sort of product that may be able to disolve this without harming the car's surface??

As for the paint. I' wouldn't recommend using any kind of paint removal chemicals. You could try a little cutting compound, or perhaps some micro-clay. Maybe even try carefully scratching them off with a fingernail.

yup, just scrape it off, soften it with abit of water first.

DO NOT use any thinners (except prepsol, but i dont know if that will remove it anyway) else you can say bye bye to your nice paintwork.

take it to a detailer and see what they say or what they can do to remove it. Leave it to the pros

If it is plastic water based paint you can use metho

yeah, metho is generally pretty good for that sort of thing I've found. It might take some of the polish off, but you can repolish that area.
