Rb26 Doesnt Boost

my mate just bought a r32 gtr yesterday. everything factory other than exhaust. we went for ride this morning, it doesnt boost at all as it shows in factory boost gauge. checked all lines seems alrite. there is no misfiring and idle fine. its kind of running rich. wot you guys think? blown turbo?

does it 'feel' like its boosting? does it feel quick at all because if it aint boosting it would be an absolute slug.

compare to my stock gtr doesnt feel much different. my stock running 7psi.

gauge is probly incorrect then, ie. crack in the line feed to the gauge, or the gauge itself is faulty.
