Abs N Reversing Lights

ABS on my r33 gts-t is fecked, any1 know wot can usually go wrong with those things? i feel unsafe driving it lol.. so much for it being roadworthy when i got it! reversing lights dont engage either, the globes are fine but dont come on in reverse..

ABS is not for everyday use, it is for those "OH SH!T" moments, so you should be perfectly safe without it. So what exactly is wrong with the ABS?

For the reverse lights, check the wires coming off the switch (located on the gearbox), and check all the other associated wiring.

well i noticed when i took the cluster apart the light for the ABS wasnt even in there.. but the abs box is in the engine bay so i dunno why the light isnt. The ABS just doesnt engage in emergencies, i did an advanced driver course n i wheels locked up all the time on the wet so it's obviously just not workin. are the ABS ecu's much to replace?
