Brake Light On Rear Windshield

hey

just wondering the guys that tinted my car (R32 GTR) took the brake light off the rear windshield,

because they said it will damage the tint if they put it back on cause its stuck on the windshield with tape and the

heat from the brake light will damage the tint.

Now my dilemma is what do i do with the brake light, right now its just floating about on the rear parcel shelf!!

What have other guys done?

They were too stupid and incompetent to cut the tint film around the brake light?

Tell them to do it properly!

yeah man, normally when they are measuring/trimming it before they stick it down, they put it on the outside and trace the line around the brake light.

so they shouldnt have removed it at all

tell them they can do the rear window again and pay for you to get the brake light fixed back to the window

My brake light is on the window tinting and ive never had a problem,,no peeling or anything,, so i would either just put it back on or take it back to them and TELL tham ur unhappy and would like the light put back on,,,dont take any crap from them...your the customer(always right),,if they dont like it ,,give em a peice of your mind....thats what i would do....gd luck bro....

atleast it looks to be an LED one and should be relatively light.

install it right in the middle at the top, basically you just need some new high strength double sided tape.
