Problem with my r33 SI DASH HELP!!!

hey,

i need help 2day i found that the numbers on my dash where not moving they just stop at 87 999 i will take a photo 2morrow but i was wonding if i need to replace my dash or wat? (my mate had to happen to him on his van and had his brother fix it for $200 do u think it is worth getting it fixs for that price?)

since no one wants to reply to this. you can get a cheap dash from www.gtr.com.au for your GTST and it looks nice and glows blue.

you COULD, but those blue dash things get installed in your existing dash, not a new one

Just wait for a cheap used dash to come around if you like, else pay someone to fix it. But its only the odo anyway so its not like it inhibits your driving.

Easiest way to fix it is to just replace the whole instrument cluster which is a matter of unbolting things until you get down to it unplugging the old instrument cluster , plugging in the new and putting everything back in again... for me...a 30 or 40 minute job. If you can't get hold of one ,i've got one for $100 + postage

Yeah. Either replace it with a cheap one or take it out and get it repaired at any instrument repair place for about $90.

Look up odometer/instrument repairs in the yellow pages.
