Did a quick search, didnt come up with much relevant, so here goes;

I've got most of my gts taken apart, so i cant crank the engine, is there anyway to test the injector spray pattern without cranking the engine?...

Somehow hot wire the fuel pump to circulate and then apply voltage over injector terminals to see spray?

Because i cant see a way of testing spray with the engine assembled, i cant remove the rail when the intake collector is on...??

Hope you guys have ideas, im stumped...

You should be able to remove the injectors without actually removing the inlet plenum. RB20s you just remove the fuel rail. RB25s, it helps if you remove the throttle body to remove the fuel rail.

If the basic electrics are still in place, you can remove the CAS (leave plugged into the loom) and spin slowly by hand to cause the injector to pulse (with ign ON).

Better still, get the injectors to a cleaning service, they can evaluate spray patterns and clean the injectors. There are mobile services that do this. OK, it will cost you, but well worth it in the long run.

Smart, thank you very much for that, i'll give it a go this weekend & report back if anything interesting comes up. Thank you again.

And, i know of the mobile cleaning & they are the best option, but im literally on dire straights haha, so thats not gonna happen for atleast 2 weeks.
