mad082
is it an mspec (r34 gtr) or type m (r33 gts-t)? and are you talking about the actual bar on the reinforcement bar? either way, technically speaking cutting either of them is illegal. mad082
so it's the type m bar. there is no such thing as a mspec 33, as they are a model of the r34 gtr. the type m is what most gts-t's are and have the beefier looking front bar. sorry to be picky but that is just something that pisses me right off. as for trimming it to clear the cooler, either angle grinder or tin snips will do the job. just take off small bits at a time. Yeedogga
technically speaking cutting either of them is illegal. Really? Cutting plastic bumper bar is illegal? If this is true I would really like to know where it is written. If this is true I would really like to know where it is written. i've known plenty of people who have been booked for it before. couldn't tell you where it is written though. -Jimmy-
If you're going to be running a big front mount, I wouldn't be concerned by cutting a little bit of plastic from your front bar.
