R32 Air Con Issues

Hi my problem is when the heater or air con is on no air comes out from the face vent or foot vent just the front glass vents no matter which position i change it to on the climate control unit even when its set on foot or face still air comes out from the front glass vent

is there some type of motor somewhere that controls the vent position

anyone ???
