Drag meets in the next 2 weeks???

I've got a mate out from the US and he wants to go to the drags. Anyone know when the next Heathcote and Calder meets are??

I think Heathcote is every weekend...I beleave there is a big event at Heathcote on the 17/1

You should have went yesterday (Sat 27th) to Heathcote, there was a huge event that went from 10am to 11pm. There would have been over 80 cars racing, although I was the only Skyline there, infact the only Jap car... except for a 9 sec WRX and a 11 sec R33 GTST from MSA Imports....

Had a ball though, many tough V8s out there, with a few running consistent 8 sec passes. There were also 2 accidents during the day, both toranas and both hitting the wall at pretty high speeds.... no one was injured luckily... Check fullboost.com.au in next couple of days for pics....

According to the Heathcote Calendar their next meet is 10th of Jan from 3pm-10pm. Heathcote is a bit far tho.

Anyone know a date for calder? I thought they were held every second week/last weekend a month??

Calder used to be every 2 weeks [recently], currently its every week as INASNT mentioned.

It would seem they have swapped around, heathcote was every sunday for a while...it seems it is fortnightly for the next couple of months.

Ya... Calder has been every friday night since October if i remember correctly...

and i think it's going to stay that way for a while.

I think it's mainly due to them having finanacial difficulties resulting from other things that they can't do anymore.

But i hopefully will be making a much awaited return to the drag stip in the next 3-4 weeks!

I cant wait.

Been ages since i've raced the old box

And i get to race DJ_lethal again finally... and whoop his ass lol!
