You can also buy them directly from Otaku Garage in Australia. Thats where I got mine from. Really nice Billet CNC ones.

I bought one of these, and it looks like its not going to seal. like the mounting holes for the R33 side are in the wrong spot.

The hole pattern on the R33 side just needs to be moved down a touch, to get the hole inside the sealing area. I've contacted them, not sure if I'll have any luck. Was thinking of filling over the bolt head with some grey silicone gasket to seal  it.

You can't just move a hole bro, then it won't line up to the thread.

Was just commenting on what I think Otaku garage need to change to fix this problem. My possible solution was to bolt up the adaptor, then cover the head of the offending bolt with silicone gasket, hoping to give the factory gasket something to seal against.

I'm not holding my breath that Otaku garage is going to do anything to fix the issue.

 

Here is one that used to be sold on ebay, you can see the positioning of the holes is different, and would make the bolt clear of the edge of the valve/gasket.

Mate I have made heaps of these, that work, and I can tell you that one in the picture would have the holes in the same spot. The difference is the hole diameter would be smaller to not cause the issue you have. I think that guy used Phillips screws to hold it. When I made mi e I used countersunk Allen head bolts  and for that bolt I machined the head down so it didn't cause that issue, with a smaller countersink diameter of course. The issue is so obvious I can't believe they make and sell them as is.

I contacted them, and they say they've sold 100's of them without any issues. I'm not happy with it, and would like to return it. But there is no alternative to purchase. You wouldn't happen to have any for sale?

      Just something I found searching for more info on Emotion R, apparently the ECR33 Skyline GTS25t was either originally black, or there were two of them, the black one being the original demo car, then building a white one which was part of the 1997-onwards (to at least 2008!)       Even though I have some pretty good (brand) ratchet ringies, I avoid using them to break open tight bolts. A broken ratchet is very annoying.
