Just thought i'd ask if anyone has any tips on removing an RB25DET Cylinder head while the engine is still in the car? I think there is a burnt valve (from compression tests etc).

Basically is there any order in which i should pull things off? or maybe a website that gives a rundown? Otherwise i may as well do it in the dark :) it will certainly be a good learning experience!
