Still A Problem

sorry for bringing this thread up again guys but its doing my head in. I have replaced the coilpacks with super sparks and the car is giving off a pop between every single gear change. its an r33 4dr, 3 inch exhaust, pod filter,soon to be hdi front mount intercooler, and a megasonic blow off valve, yes its atmospheric. The pops happen no matter how fast or slow i go and just had it serviced 90000kms. Would really help if someone has the same problem. Could it be my AAC.

change to a plumb back bov

it is your blow off valve and possibly an exhaust leak . wind the blow off valve up tighter. or better yet throw it away

+2 for bov. When my mate put his atmo bov on it ran like crap and would pop around. Took it off and problem went away. In general most skylines owners I have talked to don't like the atmo bov's because it makes the car run funny.

cool thanks for the replys ill try it tomorrow and ill see how that goes, might just put the standard one on.
