Recaro Problem

Hi every one who is going to attempt to help me

Well, pretty much all of today i have been trying to chase a part for both my recaro seats, and I am starting to think that maybe the part just doesnt exist and recaro are just not that great of quality seat.

Both my Recaro Seats have the same issue of the backs of them wont stay up, it got to the stage where the only thing keeping them there was the roll cage. I have pulled the cover off the side where the seat engages to recline to see if i could just fix it but it defitinly wasnt what i was expecting, as it was like a coil/spiral. so im looking for a replacement of this mechenism.

any ways, was wondering if any one has had the same problem and did they manage to get them fixed, or what ever the story was, seems a bit of a waste of having 2 recaro seats sitting on my lounge room floor when i would much rather them back in my car.
