V35 Manual Coupe Keeps Rev Limiting At 2500rpm

Hey guys sometimes my car rev limits at 2500rpm and i have to turn the engine off before it goes normal again Any ideas what to do? should i be worried i have a nismo r tune intake and a motordyne plenum spacer not sure if they would effect it though.

It's called "limp mode" ECU reset might help. But you'll need to get a scan tool on it. So take it in to your mechanic and get the error codes which will tell you whats wrong. Then you can get it fix.
