remove dash...drill a small hole through to bubble from rear...be careful to not put a hole in dash exterior...fill large syringe with upholstery adhesive...inject bubble with adhesive until full...work adhesive back out hole while wet...leave for 5 mins...work bubble from edges to centre to stick back down.

easy!

yeah the method dirtgarage described is the only way I've seen it successfully repaired short of just replacing the whole thing (you can still buy new ones from nissan). it takes a bit of care but if done right it works in most cases. make sure you do have a hole in the back as otherwise when you work the bubble down the excess will come out onto the top surface which you don't want.

i wonder if this technique would work from from the front? make a small hole in the bubble, fill with glue and work it until its fixed. of coarse your gona hav a small mark where the hole is but atleast the bubble would be gone !! hmm
