Been in the yard unregistered for 3 - 4 years.

Reason for not being used is he lost his license a few times and is lazy in general

one rim gone is easily explained if the owner has "lost his license several times". a person who drives hard enough on the street to lose his license several times, on gestalt virouge chromies, is highly likely to have smashed a gutter during an epic tokyo drift moment and broken said chromie. if you guys actually are interested just ring, its listed for 5k, clearly its not gonna be mint...
